We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated registered nurse who takes pride in delivering high quality patient care.

We are seeking a registered nurse and would consider applicants from a variety of backgrounds and clinical settings, who could bring their experiences and skills to our team. Experience of working within the clinical research environment or oncology would be an advantage, although not essential; due to an extensive induction, robust training and on-going support being provided.

The post holder will support an established team of oncology research nurses working in cancer research and generic research within the trust. You will need excellent communication, organisational and time management skills. You will be expected to work in an autonomous, proactive and organised manner to deliver clinical research and produce robust quality data, within deadlines to achieve NIHR targets. The post holder will be involved in ensuring that any research undertaken safeguards the wellbeing of patients and is conducted within ICH Good Clinical Practice Guidelines for Research.

We will consider candidates who meet the essential criteria of the Person Specification as well as the characteristics of the Trust's values. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic nurse/practitioner with an interest in oncology or research, we would encourage you to apply for this position.

Informal visits or telephone enquiries are highly recommended. If you would like further information regarding this position please contact:
