The Deaf Child and Family Service is a bilingual –bicultural team that provides mental health services across the South West of England to deaf children, young people and their families, and the children of deaf parents.

This role is an exciting opportunity to join a highly specialist mental health service based in Taunton. You will report to the Operational Manager for the service and be responsible for providing a comprehensive and highly effective secretarial, administrative and support service to the Consultant Psychiatrist as well as the team. You will play a key role in setting up appointments and meetings, coordinating and booking interpreters, and coordinating clinics across the South West among other duties.

As your role will bring you in to contact with patients and their families, you must be willing to learn British Sign Language.
