Look no further, here at Burnham Hospital we are a joint led team of Therapists & Nurses who all possess the same focus, getting our patients back into their normal place of residence whilst promoting their independence along the way.
Burnham on Sea War Memorial Hospital has 20 inpatient beds. The team at Burnham support patients during their hospital stay and deliver personalised care in line with an agreed care plan. We are a modern community hospital serving Burnham on Sea & the surrounding area.
Here we see a variety of patients with various medical needs; our nurses need to be confident and reliant on their own judgement on a daily basis. We pride ourselves in teamwork, boasting good working relationships with other professionals of our multidisciplinary team. Our staff have a strong connection with the League of Friends who support the Hospital in ensuring we get the best out of the workplace.
Working in our team means you will always be learning, your development is important to us; we have various opportunities on the ward such as career progression pathways, upskilling, supporting students & becoming a mentor.
